Nowadays people forget to live their happy and healthy life.

People losing their originality, and also they are damaging their character by unwanted activities.

There are some key points to live a happy life

1. Accept the things you can’t change, if you can and want to change them, do it.

2. Don’t go behind the people who never even treated you, at least, a friend

3. learn to hear the fast beat song on every morning, that will give you a positive approach.

4. always do exercise, because a human body is the temple of god, keep it clean, and healthy

5. meet your dear friends at least once in a week, if you can’t just call them and talk for 10 minutes.

6. Never underestimate a stranger, and also keep smiling to strangers, be polite, and learn how to make relationship with strangers

7. At least once in a day talk with yourself, go to the front of the mirror, and smile.

8. spend some time with your kids or pets.

9. If you have old people in your home, you are the luckiest one, you can learn a lot of things from them, always keep talking with them, and make them happy, never let them alone and feel alone.

10. Watch your favorite, do gossip.

11.list out your negatives and throw them out

12. cook yourself and eat.

13. fill your diet with vegetables, drink 8 cups of water per day.

14. keep your room clean, and arrange all your certificates at least once in 3 moths.

15. Go to church/temple/mosque or somewhere a devotional place where you feel calm.
